Everything is organised in a hassle-free way and the service covers all aspects of the survey, including a call with the surveyor to discuss the findings. The price reflects the comprehensive service provided. The report was prepared in line with RICS standards, and the survey also included a roof inspection with a drone, which many surveyors charge for separately. I would definitely use L&K Surveyors again if I were purchasing another property.
