Had an amazing experience with L&K surveyors, I was purchasing a home as a full cash purchase so time was of the essence. I required everything done before the stamp duty increased significantly.I initially went to a comparison site for surveys and although I was contacted by 6-7 companies I found L&K surveyors to be the most professional in their welcoming approach I was sent a video explaining everything via Watsapp along with a basic report of the house.Once I called up I was lucky enough to speak to the owner he seemed like a really nice individual so I signed up and made thepayment.My survey was booked for Friday, it went ahead as planned. I called the office and explained the urgency of me receiving the report as quick as possible and they delivered that.I received my survey report on a Monday My Surveyor Samuel booked in to discuss on Wednesday, he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He was very thorough in the report as well as in our discussion.Thursday I made payment to my solicitor and I am now a first time home owner.This company has amazing service all round and they also donate to teen hostels, you got to love a good cause.
