I attempted to transfer my money to my account in a different bank online. I don't recall a bank that asks that many security questions for a basic money transfer. And after successfully asnwering all of them they locked the transfer. Moreover, Lloyds locked my login details so I can't login from a website and suddenly I need to call them and beg for unlocking my login and the transfer. You call and the robot says "We are particularly busy, approximate time is 20 minutes".
UPDATE: We spent 40 minutes on a call with support only to be sent to the branch.
