Extremely frustrating banking experience. They randomly block access to funds without any notification, and I get passed around endlessly without any logical resolution to simple issues. Communication is tedious, often involving automated systems. There's no 24/7 support anymore, which is appalling; basic assistance is now limited to a subpar text messaging service. Long wait times for responses, and rarely the same employees follow up, which resets the process. It took me hours and multiple calls just to resolve a blocked card issue due to a simple online purchase. The banking system has become unreliable and frustrating, treating hardworking customers poorly. It's disheartening to see the banking industry decline.
