The customer service representative in the branch was overly aggressive as soon as I entered. I knew where I needed to go and didn’t need that. An elderly man nearby mentioned he preferred speaking to a person instead of using machines and felt intimidated by the staff. The representative then rudely interrupted, making the situation worse. When it was my turn, I deposited cash but was told they no longer issue receipts. I was also informed that I couldn't pay towards my credit card there and had to go through an appointment system. This branch has a poor attitude, lacking basic courtesy. I will avoid this location in the future.
