The bank is declining in quality. This is the second time I've had to contact customer service regarding issues. Initially, I requested a new Visa Debit Card for an account, but they sent cards for both accounts instead, along with unnecessary new PINs. Today, I received a letter stating I hadn't used my Visa Debit Card, but my statements show multiple transactions. This is the second complaint I’ve had to raise due to ongoing issues, and I need someone to investigate this. I received an apology for the first error, but now I’m left wondering about the incompetence and lack of proper service.
