The service has been incredibly poor. I've been waiting for a month since winning at auction, and my parcel has not been sent. No refund has been issued, and the company is doing nothing to help. It's frustrating to deal with such dishonesty and blame-shifting. I've made reports to relevant authorities and am sharing my experience everywhere.
