Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I received a call from a representative, claiming they had many interested buyers and since I had sold through them previously, they asked if I had items to sell, offering "no commission" for select customers. I informed them that I had a couple of designer bedside tables and two designer lamps purchased from a retailer, which I had used in a spare room. After several calls to the representative, where I mentioned I paid around $1000 for each table and approximately $600 for the lamps, I requested a price estimate for my items. Despite assurances that I would be updated once they went online, I received no communication. When I finally inquired, I was shocked to learn that all items sold for just $134, and they wanted a $40 commission. This experience has been incredibly frustrating; I would have preferred donating my items than letting them go for such a low price. I will never sell through them again and feel the handling of this situation was misleading. I want to caution others about this very disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service experience

I have had an awful experience with the transport service and refund team. The lack of support from both sides is shocking. It seems they stop providing assistance when they know customers will continue to buy their products regardless of service quality. I would advise against using this company or its transport service.

Extremely disappointing service

The service has been incredibly poor. I've been waiting for a month since winning at auction, and my parcel has not been sent. No refund has been issued, and the company is doing nothing to help. Refund only after formal action

I finally received my refund after escalating the issue. After months of being ignored, I learned that formal steps like sending a demand letter and filing a chargeback were the only things that worked. Just two days after sending the letter, my money appeared in my account. My advice: don't waste time calling; take formal action immediately.

Seriously let down by the auction house

Completely taken advantage of

Like many others, I had a decent experience buying in the past, but selling has been a nightmare. I took valuable items to sell, and after a lack of follow-up, I discovered they sold them for a fraction of their worth. They didn’t even notify me or offer a chance to retrieve my items. Poor support experience
