-Created and account-Placed an order with them-They processed my payment-They sent me a message "Your request for a test kit has been approved"- 2 days later I get a notification from my bank that a refund is being processed- LLoyds then tell me they can't ship to my postcodeThey failed to provide something after their checkout page showed no warnings about my postcode *and* after they messaged me approving the order, leaving me in a position where I have to wait for up to a week for my refund to process before I can look elsewhere. If my postcode is somehow impossible to post to their checkout page that requires me giving my address should have flagged or at least warned me and they should have cancelled the order instead of approving it, starting to process then retroactively saying shipping is an issue
