Gosh, why is it whenever I use Lloyds there's a problem? Frankly, the only reason I use them is they're open more often and earlier than the other pharmacies in Shannon. That said, I'm going to make a change now. Always a problem.Either they lose the script or they say it isn't a repeat. OR they don't have stock of one of the items and don't tell you. So you only find out when you get home and open the bag.Why not send me an SMS or something and tell me there's a problem before I collect. It's a HELL of a drive for me and this sort negligent service is what makes the life of someone with a chronic illness even worse. Very, vwry annoyed now.
