Ordered my medication on Tuesday. Discovered on Wednesday the order had be set to “awaiting GP review”. Contacted surgery but they had not received a medication request and were unaware of review. Left message with Loydsdirect but no response. On Friday afternoon Lloyds direct cancel my order. I raised order again on Sunday again given status of awaiting review. Contacted GP but had not received any meds request. No answer to phone call so left another message even though the first had not been open. LloydsDirect need to realise to medication service is important for my health. As I was running out of medication I got the GP to raise a new prescription which a chemist actioned. That’s it from me Lloyds direct are toast. I cannot use a service I cannot rely on
