A month ago I used the lloyds pharmacy website to book a cholesterol test at the nearest branch offering this service.Adder travelling 40 minutes and paying for parking imagine my dismay to discover that branch had been sold and the new owners knew nothing about the appointment.Lloyds could have had the decency to contact me beforehand to let me know the booking would not be taking place.A waste of Saturday morning and out of pocket.Not impressed
