I had a very disappointing experience with the Lloyds Pharmacy at London Royal Hospital. Half of my prescribed antibiotics were not available at the hospital pharmacy, and I was told they would be delivered the next day. Since then, I have been calling every single day to follow up.Each time, I was told the same thing—that the medication would arrive “today.” It has now been over a week, and the antibiotics still have not arrived. This is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves essential medication.The lack of communication, reliability, and urgency shows a serious failure in patient care. Delays in medication can have real and serious health consequences. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pharmacy.In my opinion, this is the worst pharmacy service I have experienced in the UK.
