I initially had a good experience with Lloyds but it seems to have gone downhill very fast.They sent me a Mounjaro pen that does not work. Have contacted them several times but they are completely ignoring my messages.Am now referring the issue to the General Pharmaceutical Council due to the lack of response and customer care.
