They sold me a product which doesn't work. They refuse to issue a full refund, offering paltry and insulting sums of a few dollars instead. I am initiating a complaint against them with Trading Standards UK under the CPA. They're rip-off merchants. Do not give them your money. Do not have any dealings with them. I will attempt to get Facebook to stop them doing their fraudulent advertising in UK. AVOID.UPDATE: My bank, NatWest, reversed the charge, so I've now been refunded in full. No apology from retailer.
