They are a scam company I put a order in nearly 2 yrs ago for glasses that link to your phone which they don't
I have chased all this time for a full refund and the latest is I never ordered from them 😐
They sold me a product which doesn't work. They refuse to issue a full refund, offering paltry and insulting sums of a few dollars instead. I am initiating a complaint against them with Trading Standards UK under the CPA. They're rip-off merchants. Do not give them your money. Do not have any dealings with them. I will attempt to get Facebook to stop them doing their fraudulent advertising in UK. AVOID.UPDATE: My bank, NatWest, reversed the charge, so I've now been refunded in full. No apology from retailer.
Still waiting nearly 7 weeks later for my order. Have communicated through email only to be told it’s been delivered go and check bushes and garages !!! Have asked for head office number or email as I have asked for a full refund and communication has stopped 😡
Every indication is that this company is a scam. After waiting many weeks for my order (lights for paintings) to arrive--seemingly from Ireland--I received notification that the product had been delivered--to somewhere in Irving, Texas (I live in Miami, FL). "Customer service" advised me to check the tracking number: I did. My PO says there is no such number in the US Postal Service. Future buyers beware!
Avoid this company! Bought set of magnetic lights to go over picture frames . Battery powered. Once batteries are added to the fitting, the light falls off because the magnet isn't strong enough. Asked for refund and they wanted me to pay postage back to China! Absolute con company.
Leaving a 1 star review because it won't leave me comment without leaving any stars! Dreadful company. 7 weeks later I am still waiting for my items. Customer support started off blaming the delivery company and the latest response is that it is because of Trumps Tarriffs!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm seriously doubting if I will ever receive my items!
Similar experience to Naomi Hutson on 1 April! Ordered a light which was supposed to come with a remote control. "Package Contents" stated that it was all there - BUT NO REMOTE CONTROL!! Like Naomi, don't want a US $2 compensation! - want a remote control so that I can use the light I purchased! Terrible experience and if my experience is anything like their normal business practices then they should not be in business. AVOID this company!!! or deal with them at your peril!!
