Sellers should ensure products are functional or clearly marked as unavailable. Instead, they shift the blame onto customers for purchasing them. Support dismissed my concerns and refused to acknowledge the product's issues, insisting the fault was mine despite it being sold in an unusable condition. Professional support should address legitimate concerns, not ignore them.
