I had a disappointing experience with this company. They claim to ship within 24 hours, yet I've been waiting for 2 weeks. Even the courier was more helpful, informing me that they received the order number but no package. Their emails indicated my package was shipped, then later stated it had not yet shipped! They seem confused at this point. Thanks for nothing. I and my legal representative await your response.
