I’ve been waiting weeks for a product. I’ve emailed for help, but it takes days to receive unhelpful responses. They refuse to issue a refund despite the item being lost. I do not recommend this business. In response to their reply, their claims are false. Delivery was never attempted. The courier even asked me if the item had been delivered, and I confirmed it had not. I’ve been emailing their support team constantly, but responses take days. I’ve always replied immediately. If they refuse to refund me for an undelivered order, it feels like theft. I am exhausted from pursuing this. Either find my order and ensure it’s delivered, or just refund me. Anyone reading this, please don’t order from this company. They lost my order, and now they’re trying to blame me.
