Once again I’m having to chase this company for now our handover paperwork after work has been completed. It took 6 months of emails to get work rectified after Vaillant highlighted issues with installation and now we’ve been waiting over two months for our paperwork. Yet again, communication from the company is terrible. Only way it seems is to leave a review here to get things moving. Fingers crossed this will work. I’m so fed up with having to chase and chase.
