Review Time
Once again I’m having to chase this company for now our handover paperwork after work has been completed. It took 6 months of emails to get work rectified after Vaillant highlighted issues with installation and now we’ve been waiting over two months for our paperwork. Yet again, communication from the company is terrible. Only way it seems is to leave a review here to get things moving. Fingers crossed this will work. I’m so fed up with having to chase and chase.
The contractor did an outstanding job cutting the loft door in the kitchen ceiling and crawling into the space to insulate it. A messy task was handled in a tidy and organized manner. The service was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this contractor.
A massive thank you to the team for doing a wonderful job installing our new heating system. They worked tirelessly and even took time to engage with my children, keeping everything calm. One of my kids is autistic, and they were fantastic with her. Special thanks to one of the members who went out of his way to assist me. I would recommend this team and company to anyone. Exceptional workmanship. The team was incredible, accomplishing a lot in just one day. They were very clean and tidy, assisting with moving items in their way. The representatives were polite and cheerful, keeping us informed throughout the process. Very satisfied!
All work was completed to a high standard. The tradespeople were courteous, friendly, and diligent, even during the final inspection by the site manager, who ensured everything was in order and arranged for any necessary adjustments.
Working with this company on our cottage project has been seamless, from the first contact to the installation inspection. Everyone arrived on time and completed their tasks efficiently. We’ve had solar panels, a heat pump, and insulation installed. Expect some mess with such a large project; we temporarily moved out. Huge thanks to the team for their immaculate work!
