I made a purchase from the company on 11/06/2025, and the item was returned and accepted, with a promise of a forthcoming refund. Rather than processing it, the company cited internal website issues and claimed they couldn't refund through the original payment method. This reasoning does not justify holding onto customer funds. Now, over 7 months later, I still haven't received my refund. The customer service team seems uninterested in resolving the issue. This behavior is alarming and should be noted by anyone considering a purchase from this company.
