This service is the absolute worst and is clearly scamming people out of their money. I placed an order on 11/14, and to this day, I've never received an email confirmation or an order number, leaving me clueless about the status of my order. When I call, all I get is an automated message saying they are busy and to leave a message, which I did, along with an inquiry about my order. Now, I'm also being billed $29.99 for a membership I never signed up for. After completing my order, the page just returned to the main site, and no confirmation email was sent, yet I'm still getting all their marketing emails for deals. Please cancel this membership and refund me my $46.53 and $29.99, as you've taken almost $80 from me without delivering anything.
