This service deserves no stars, but I couldn't select that. They are clearly a scam. I ordered gel pens and never received the product, plus they placed me under a prescription that I did not request. Their customer support is inadequate. They respond to my emails, but only keep saying they will attempt to resolve the issue, either by sending the gel pens or processing my refund. I'm still left unsatisfied.
I placed an order for some pens on the 30th of November. I was charged for a membership, which was refunded, but I still haven't received my order or my money back. The support team has been in touch occasionally, but I haven't received confirmation that my package has shipped. I was informed that it's in transit, but that was more than two weeks ago.
This platform is a total scam! They take your subscription fee, never deliver the item, and as months pass, it's just excuse after excuse and empty promises. It's infuriating! Someone needs to shut this site down! I'm incredibly frustrated with these dishonest individuals. Preying on the vulnerable is despicable! Just refund my money; this was supposed to be a Christmas gift!
I wish I could give it a negative rating. Had I known my order was a scam, I would never have placed it. I purchased a set of knives that were advertised as high quality and paid for insured and rush shipping for my order. It has been two months, and I still haven't received anything. I want my money back, and I demand that you stop trying to charge my card $29.99 for a membership I never signed up for. This service is a SCAM, and any product sold by them is likely fake! This service is the absolute worst and is clearly scamming people out of their money. I placed an order on 11/14, and to this day, I've never received an email confirmation or an order number, leaving me clueless about the status of my order. When I call, all I get is an automated message saying they are busy and to leave a message, which I did, along with an inquiry about my order. Now, I'm also being billed $29.99 for a membership I never signed up for. After completing my order, the page just returned to the main site, and no confirmation email was sent, yet I'm still getting all their marketing emails for deals. Please cancel this membership and refund me my $46.53 and $29.99, as you've taken almost $80 from me without delivering anything.
Like many others, I too have fallen victim to a scam. Thankfully, it was only $20, but it's the principle of the matter. I received no tracking information, and after days of waiting, I realized something was off. As much as I'd love to get my money back, I doubt it will happen, as many have mentioned. If you're considering buying anything online, avoid being misled by attractive sales—do your research!

I tried calling the number listed, but it has been disconnected. I sent another email, which has gone unanswered. I've also been charged $29.99 for a membership I never approved, and this has happened twice. I attempted to cancel the subscription and request a refund, but not only did I not receive a refund, but they charged me again. I have submitted a complaint to the appropriate authorities.
