I ordered my chocolate on the 13th November assured by the website it would be dispatched within 5-7 days. It still hasn’t arrived after Christmas. Had to replace the presents it contained. The chocolate is due to arrive today so 45 days after ordering. They were only dispatched 3 days before Christmas too so 39 days after ordering. Not 5-7. Emails have gone ignored.
