Disappointing experience with this service

My initial experience with this service was via a social media platform where I ordered an advent calendar, eager to support small businesses. Everything seemed fine initially, with quick shipping, but when the package arrived, it turned out to be just an empty box. Reaching out to the service has been a nightmare; I've tried emailing, messaging directly, and using the platform's messaging system, but I've yet to receive a response. Eventually, I managed to get a refund through the platform itself. Despite this frustrating experience, I decided to give them another chance and reordered from their website on November 20th. There was no update on my order until December 3rd, when I was informed that it had shipped, which meant my advent calendar would arrive late. As I write this on December 18th, I still haven't received my calendar, and there has been no reply regarding my order. My tracking information has not changed since December 3rd. I strongly advise steering clear of this service, as I have been misled on two separate occasions, leading me to believe they might be a scam.

No communication and no products delivered

First experience with this company was through tik tok shop. I ordered an andvent calendar from them as I love to support small businesses, everything was all good, shipped quickly and then the package arrived however when it did it was just an empty box... Trying to ger in touch with the company is impossible I tried email, direct message and tik tok shop message and still am yet to receive a reply. Eventually i got a refund after going through tik tok themselves. My next problem is ongoing, I should have learnt from this experience however i decided to give the benefit of the doubt and reordered from their website November 20th, there was no order update until December 3rd when it was said the product was shipped, now that's the first problem as now my advent calendar was going to be late. As i'm writing this it is Dec 18th I still have not received my calendar, I have not received a message reply regarding this order and my tracking update hasn't updated since Dec 3rd. I would recommend avoiding this company completely as on 2 separate occasions I have been led to believe they are just a scam!

The best chocolate!

The best chocolate, ever! The filled bars are absolutely stunning. Can't wait for the halloween range to be back again, so many beautiful pieces. Amazing customer service, always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, you will never buy chocolate from anywhere else.

I ordered the Harry Potter box as she packed on the live and advised it would be shipped the next day. After 7 days the parcel had still not been shipped - I sent a number of emails, social media messages, comments and she just ignored me. I went on her live and mentioned it and I was told ‘today is about launching Halloween, we’re not talking about shipping issues’. Which seemed quite poor considering there were quite a few people asking where their orders were. My delivery finally turned up about 2 weeks after I ordered, the products don’t look or taste like the luxury Belgian chocolate advised. In fact I’d say a bar from Aldi is better - I know she melts down callebaut and moulds it but it doesn’t taste great so I’m not sure if she’s tempering/setting it correctly or just lying about the chocolate used.

SCAM SELLER – AVOID AT ALL COSTSThis seller had a clearly advertised offer: a free Pistachio Bar with every order over £30. Well, guess what? My order of THREE full-priced bars arrived — NO Pistachio Bar in sight.I messaged her immediately. She admitted to not packing it and promised it would be sent next-day. Lies. No tracking, no proof, just empty words.I KNEW she had no intention of sending it. So I said to her: if it doesn’t show up, the entire order is going back. Her response? A THREAT. She said TikTok would side with her and I wouldn’t get a refund.Fast forward — A WHOLE WEEK LATER — still no Pistachio Bar.And before she tries to twist the story and claim she didn't send it because I contacted TT— NOPE. She said it was already sent BEFORE I even involved TikTok. More lies on top of lies.Absolutely disgraceful customer service and completely dishonest. Stay FAR away.

not received product

i ordered a custom slab for valentine’s day as a pre ordering believing it was going to be sent out on the 6th february and i ordered on the 31st january, it came to the 12th February and i still hadn’t received my order and i had no details on where it was. i messaged the company 3 times and have sent out an email and still got no response. then i got a refund notification from them however still no communication on what happened with my product. the customer service is not very good as it would have been nice to receive a message back to explain what happened with the order as it was a valentines present

I don't usually feel compelled to write online reviews, i have tried to leave one on tiktok but i do not think it has worked. Firstly let me begin by saying how i have followed this business for a while now on tiktok and i have previously purchased mystery boxes from her. The premise is that you purchase a box for £10.99, then get to choose your bars. I have purchased over 3 consecutive weeks and each one had been amazing. The chocolate tastes out of this world, and each one has been packed perfectly with lots of bubble wrap. It is clear to me that this girl puts heart into each bar, the subject of this review tho... i needed 2 engagement presents at short notice, so i messaged her. Usually i know custom orders take over a week but i messaged privately and asked if she would be able to accommodate for 2 custom bars to be delivered in 3 days time... a long shot i know. But she replied within the hour and said they could be made today. i wanted them wedding themed, that was my only request. i got a shipment notification the same day, then a day passed. 3 days from the initial message i had 2 stunning wedding themed slabs arrive on my doorstep... i was speechless

Ice packs?

Another order this time of a mystery box, I got to choose my bars which was amazing then they were delivered a few days later. Reason for the stellar review is that over the past few days the sun has been shining and I was surprised to see a few ice packs in my order. As usual there was a tonne of bubble wrap and the way the girl packs her orders is just amazing.

Great product just a few issues...

She seems a lovely girl on her Tiktok lives but she's struggling to keep up with orders. She promotes the mystery boxes and makes them a priority for making and dispatching but custom and normal shop orders you can be waiting up to 2 weeks for her to make and post. You'd think it would be the other way around as people are paying more for the custom and website orders. She doesn't reply to emails, messages or comments on the live, she's been removing comments and blocking people when they are getting upset about no contact and no delivery. Instead of doing the "mystery" boxes and letting people pick on the live she should do the boxes with an option to select the bars like a real order based on physical stock then she'd know where she was, wouldn't over sell on certain bars so then wouldn't have to rush to make them. Such a shame as the product is good once you finally receive it. She promotes lives for certain dates and times then ghosts everyone. Occasionally she'll post cancelling. I can see why people are getting angry. She says she'll post on certain days, tells you it's posted then when it arrives the date on the labels is a few days after the advised shipping date. Best before dates also confusing. On some videos and listing she's saying a years shelf life if unopened and others she's saying 2 months but says they are all made fresh so its confusing. If she can sort these issues I'm sure her ratings would be much higher.
