I wrote detailed feedback last week explaining I was pleased with the Chiswick store experience, the products were nice with good customisation options but I would have preferred natural fibres for the filling. I haven’t received the goods yet so really it’s my kittens who will judge how good it is - I hope they like it but they need somewhere to lounge!
One point I did make was on packaging - quite often products come over packaged. Of course some protection is required but there is an environmental point to note, both morally and legally. There is also a customer point in that it’s not a great experience for customers having to dispose of lots of packaging.
