If I could give –5 stars, I would. From the moment I placed my order and requested a delivery date, I have been constantly misled. I finally got a delivery confirmation—only four days ahead of time—so I arranged for a removal service to take away my old furniture. The day before delivery, I was told that nothing had been booked properly and only a mattress could be delivered, while the sofa and bed are now delayed until January. This leaves me without a sofa and bed frame, which is completely unacceptable and has caused unnecessary expenses and disruption. Contacting the service by phone has been extremely difficult, calls go unanswered, and the information provided has been inconsistent and misleading. I expect urgent contact to resolve this issue and to receive a clear and accurate update.
