We ordered a bed on 1st Feb, well ahead of our house move. We booked the delivery for 10th March. Got a call from the driver saying they couldn't deliver it, because they were in a lorry the size of a fire engine and there wasn't anywhere to park - it's a central London address, of course that was going to be the case. He said it would be rebooked onto a smaller van.
Just had a call from the delivery team to say the next available date was 31st March. So we are now bedless for 3 weeks due to the inability to properly plan the delivery with over a months notice - shocking.
