Dear Loake,My shoes following repair were returned in excellent order - thank you very much!The one slight complaint is that I sent them to you in the shoe bags that came with the shoes when I purchased them and when not in use, I place my shoes in the bags to protect them. However no shoe bags were returned with my shoes following their repair?Just I slight niggle which otherwise was a first class service.Kind RegardsCraig
