The people we talked to over the phone were very cordial as was the lawyer who came to our home. We did not like the fact that the 1st lawyer scheduled to come meet us on Jan. 23 never came nor called to cancel. We waited from 2 pm until 8 pm for a no call no show. This was a huge inconvenience.
Secondly, we were not told in advance we would need two people present to witness the signing. We had to call around until we were able to contact people who could come at the last minute.
