Austin Krol was very personable to speak with, he was knowledgeable about the lending process and loans you had to offer me and helped me find the best loan for my situation. A+ to him. Mindy Nagy was also excellent. She was a breathe of fresh air, pleasure to speak and deal with. She tied up the loose ends of getting the loan to close quickly. A+ to her. The Notary that came to my home to sign the paperwork was also a pleasure to work with. He was on time and very friendly. A+ to him. I cant say I had a bad experience throughout the whole loan process.
