My item (a kitchen island with marble top) arrived broken. I know this can happen sometimes and understand. But despite two phone calls and an email reporting this situation, there has been no resolution. It's been a week since the last phone call when I was told pick of the item for return and a refund would be arranged. My first choice, which was to have a replacement sent, is not an option, which was really disappointing. I was told I must return the large and heavy item, which arrived in 3 pieces, and begin the ordering process all over again. I love the item, but I can't use it broken. I hope to find a resolution to the situation soon, or I don't think I'll continue to order from Loberon in the future.
