Estoy horrorizado con esta empresa. Compré una cama en enero y decía que estaba en stock y que me la entregarían en tres semanas. Cuando pasaron las tres semanas, llamé varias veces y nunca me contestaron. También envié un correo electrónico, que finalmente me contestaron. Decía que la cama me llegaría a mediados de marzo, algo que podía aceptar, ya que me mudaba a un nuevo apartamento a mediados de marzo. Vendí mi cama y arreglé que la recogieran el 15 de marzo... Me acaban de decir hoy que la entregarán a finales de abril... Nunca he escrito una mala reseña, pero estoy furioso por cómo esta empresa ha cobrado diciendo que los productos están disponibles y en stock cuando claramente no es así.




I am appalled at this company, i bought a bed in January and it said it was in stock and would be delivered in 3 weeks. when 3 weeks were up i rang several times and the phone was never answered.I also emailed which was eventually answered, it said the bed would be with me mid march which i could deal with, as i was moving into an new appartment mid march. i sold my existing bed and arranged it to be picked up 15th march...... I have just been told today that it will now be delivered end of April...... i have never written a bad review but i am furious at how this company has taken money saying products are available and in stock when clearly they are not

Fighting for refund for faulty and unavailable wardrobes

I ordered 3 wardrobes, with estimated 2-6 week delivery , one arrived faulty after 4 weeks all connecting screws wrong size, not possible to build, I called to cancel order for remaining two which are now out of stock and get refund for all 3 wardrobes, 3 phone calls and emails and still no refund , just keep getting told it’s with customer services, faulty wardrobe is being picked up in 2 days.Still no resolution or money back

product arrived in good condition and I am very pleased. I was warned that the packaging had been damaged and that would cause a delay but it was minimal and had not adversely affected the goods. very good service

My item arrived broken

My item (a kitchen island with marble top) arrived broken. I know this can happen sometimes and understand. But despite two phone calls and an email reporting this situation, there has been no resolution. It's been a week since the last phone call when I was told pick of the item for return and a refund would be arranged. My first choice, which was to have a replacement sent, is not an option, which was really disappointing. I was told I must return the large and heavy item, which arrived in 3 pieces, and begin the ordering process all over again. I love the item, but I can't use it broken. I hope to find a resolution to the situation soon, or I don't think I'll continue to order from Loberon in the future.

Where is my stuff?

Thank you for your response and update...in the future could you let your customers know when products will be delayed? The web was hard to navagate to find our orders (I had to use the re-order previous button just to view the orders).
