Horrible!! Still not given me my refund since I signed the contract for fiber in July 2025 Then took a massive sum out of my card not autorisasjon!! So be very careful Purchase a prepaid card and register Thanks to Santander I have recovered some.. But Have to go to police Station get stamps.. massive hassle that they are putting costumer through!! 40- 50 phone calls Emails.. stress Will now hire a lawyer just to take them down.. so much more costly for them… A Bad reputation cost a company so much more than a simply refund.. I could write a book about how horrible they are.. But just in short..
