Thanks to Santander I have recovered some.. But Have to go to police Station get stamps.. massive hassle that they are putting costumer through!!

Will now hire a lawyer just to take them down.. so much more costly for them…
A Bad reputation cost a company so much more than a simply refund.. I could write a book about how horrible they are.. But just in short..

I haven't had any problems with…

I haven't had any problems with Lobster. I haven't tried their customer service and haven't needed it. I got my sim card quickly and everything worked, and it still does. There is good wifi coverage. I'm satisfied so far, I haven't had any problems yet.

Going abroad with all their stupid answers it never works and zero support. The support is terrible customer for 6 years so done with them

Lobster is useless in Thailand

I am in Thailand. i was told to top up credit before I go so I could use the SIM there. I did so but it has been impossible to connect. A disaster for my business and to contact family and general affairs. A friend called Lobster on my behalf and she was told there is no agreement with Thailand. I should have been told about this when I asked before, rather than wasting time and money on credit and a business phone that is dead to customers. There is nothing to say on the website that Lobster has no agreeement in Thailand and it encourages you to top up! Come on Lobster, you have to do better than this.

Would give you 5 BLACK STARS if I could. I ordered a SIM to transport my existing Spanish number to Lobster. After 6 weeks, still waiting for my SIM. No customer support whatsoever! All I get, is we will check it out. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I HAD STAYED WITH MY OLD CARRIER.

Caller no 1 for 50 minutes. I don't think so

I was trying to sign up. I was "caller no 1" for over 50 minutes, so that's clearly not possible or true. Then it was 9pm and the line cut off. That's an hour of my life I won't get back, and still no SIM order done

Appalling service and broadband

Appalling service and broadband, much slower than marketed. Broadband outage for 4 days (and counting) in first few months of contract alone. Unacceptable slowness in identifying an easily identifiable external line fault, and they failed to notify and dispatch engineers in a timely manner. Mas Movil engineers (who are the network owner, and therefore who Lobster rely on to carry out repairs) went to the wrong address, their report had an address that does not exist, despite us providing the full address and location pin, and the photo the engineer 'took' for his report looked like a Google Streetview screenshot - highy doubtful the engineer even went to the address. This has resulted in a further day's loss of broadband (needed for work) as Mas Movil, despite the issues being of their making, refused to send another engineer the same day. Lobster did not seem to know what was going on, we had to chase for updates, I had to correct erroneous information on my account three times. Despite long call waiting times, when you do get through to Lobster you can hear staff loudly chatting to each other in the background about their social lives (maybe they could answer some calls instead?) and I could also hear other call handlers repeating other customer's personal data out loud on calls. An absolute shambles of an operation. Formal complaints have been made to them and will also be escalating to regulators.

No customer service, zero help and mobil not working.

Lobster Mobile roaming is NOT WORKING AT All!! I was traveling twice now and had ZERO data, zero possibility to call and nobody could call me from Spain to Poland either. This was in November last year and just now in February. Several emails sent in November and in February without getting any help. After I sent many emails with photos showing that everything was done correct with my mobil I got 1 email ( ONE ), sending like standard text telling again what I should do. I feel I talk to this same robot in this company who could not fix the technical problem for 4 months now. I would never, ever recommend this company to anybody. Waste of time and waste of money!! I need to work, I need my mobil work when I travel and nobody even care to contact me back.

DO NOT be fooled by their mention of 'English support' ... THEY HAVE NONE!

DO NOT be fooled by their 'English Support' promise .. why? THERE IS NO SUPPORT.Lobster is fine as a service so long as you never require help. I got my line in 2021 when I moved to Barcelona, so I've been a long time customer.I recently needed help as they (of their own admitted mistake) upgraded my line without my consent/permission AND still charged me for my normal line too. Sounds like a pretty easy fix, right?Well it's been six weeks now and I'm no further forward.Their emails take a WEEK between replies and when they do arrive .. they are copy/pastes or merely ask for superflous information. That info was given. Then. another week went by, another request for info, and so on.Funny though, as I posed as a new customer the other day and they were SO AVAILABLE and ready to take my money ... until I revealed who I was and guess what?SILENCE since then.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR CUTE ADVERTISING .. they LITERALLY do not have a support team, or if they do, they are a bunch of skiving morons.
