DO NOT be fooled by their 'English Support' promise .. why? THERE IS NO SUPPORT.Lobster is fine as a service so long as you never require help. I got my line in 2021 when I moved to Barcelona, so I've been a long time customer.I recently needed help as they (of their own admitted mistake) upgraded my line without my consent/permission AND still charged me for my normal line too. Sounds like a pretty easy fix, right?Well it's been six weeks now and I'm no further forward.Their emails take a WEEK between replies and when they do arrive .. they are copy/pastes or merely ask for superflous information. That info was given. Then. another week went by, another request for info, and so on.Funny though, as I posed as a new customer the other day and they were SO AVAILABLE and ready to take my money ... until I revealed who I was and guess what?SILENCE since then.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR CUTE ADVERTISING .. they LITERALLY do not have a support team, or if they do, they are a bunch of skiving morons.
