I realized through social media that this is the same group as another service I had previously used, which had no upfront costs but required payment at closing. It seemed appealing until I sent $97 to sign up, only to discover they were the same people behind the previous service, which is now defunct. I regret wasting money on that service. If you check reviews, you'll see numerous negative experiences. Once I figured out the connection, I immediately canceled my card. Stay far away from this service!
