I realized through social media that this is the same group as another service I had previously used, which had no upfront costs but required payment at closing. Extremely disappointing service. They advertise "vetted" real estate leads, claiming they contact leads before sending them to you. However, I received 6 out of 10 leads with non-working numbers. If they truly called them, they would have known the numbers were inactive. When I brought this up, they said they would replace the leads—why would I want more leads from a dishonest company? I lost $600—stay away.
If I could give this service no stars, I would. This service is a complete scam with a contract that is nearly impossible to cancel and very misleading. Don't be fooled by the free claims; they lure you in and then require a $400 monthly payment. Buyer beware.
Another negative experience to add. They claim these reviews are from people who didn’t succeed, but I was forced to sign a document before they would even talk to me, and now they won’t refund my money because they spoke to me, which they claim indicates they set up my account. Total scam—run away!
