I was met by a representative who was shockingly rude and dismissive of my concerns. It was evident she was following a script and refused to listen when I asked questions, repeatedly saying, 'if you let me finish' in a condescending manner. During such a delicate moment, I was appalled by her lack of empathy and respect. I believe this individual's behavior has severely tarnished the reputation of the service, and I cannot recommend it based on this experience.
