I ordered a package from Rockville and that package was supposed to get ordered to my house and I’ve always ordered stuff and it’s always came. You know it’s always came to my residence and I have trouble now with my package and I call UPS to change my address and they refuse to help me, they refuse to even help me or do anything. They told me to contact the seller to have them do UPS’s job then I called the seller then the seller told me that they cannot do anything that UPS typically always does this because they are lazy worthless and doesn’t even wanna do their job why are they even hired in the first place if they don’t want to do their job and they’re not respectful people and you’re getting this kind of experience why are they still a company and then I call him back and then they are disrespectful whenever I asked for the manager and told me that there was no manager and hung up the phone and now they’re refusing to answer my calls I want something done about this right now cause this is BS ain’t nobody should have to go through this if they order something if you know that this place is bunked and it’s and it’s they’re not doing their job put this place out of out of business or do something cause this ain’t this ain’t right ripping people off and treating them like that messed up what
is wrong with people I heavily do not recommend anyone to use UPS
