I've been using the service for over three years now. Today, I brought in a package weighing 4 pounds and mentioned that it didn't need a specific delivery time. I requested the lowest shipping price for a 4-pound box valued at $20. To my shock, I was quoted $34 for shipping! This company needs to be looked into for several issues. The location I visited has had problems with unprofessional staff and a poorly maintained environment. Packages have gone missing, and additional shipping charges have appeared without any explanation. I believe this location should be investigated by relevant authorities. I recommend avoiding this service in the area until improvements are made!
The employees at this location are consistently unfriendly. They often blame customers for any mistakes. If there's an issue while dropping off a package, their response is dismissive. It appears management is manipulating reviews, as ratings have suddenly improved while my feedback continues to be removed. I visit this store weekly, and the staff remains unfriendly and unresponsive.
The staff at this location are incredibly unpleasant. Rude, rude, staff. They constantly blame the customers and get upset if you make an error while trying to drop off a package. "You figure it out." The management seems to be manipulating reviews as well. Ratings jumped from 2 stars to 4 stars in just a month, and they keep deleting my feedback. I have to visit this location weekly, and the staff is consistently unfriendly or uncommunicative.
Today's delivery has failed, which seems to be the norm. A little girl waiting for her winter coat won't receive it by tomorrow. The promises made and the customer service are essentially misleading when it comes to delivery. Be cautious with this service.
