I really wanted to like the dishwasher, but it had a sensor issue on the first day. Support is only available via email, and their phone number didn’t work. I felt ignored until I had to post on their social media. The company has picked up the faulty unit, but they are delaying my refund by claiming they need to inspect it. Since it was defective upon arrival, I have exercised my right to reject it under consumer laws. I shouldn't be waiting for them to figure out liability for a product that never worked. Great marketing, but the after-sales support is a nightmare. *Update: Their response is misleading. I informed support immediately after the pickup, and tracking shows it reached their depot days ago. Under consumer laws, I rejected the faulty unit; delays at the destination do not justify withholding my refund.*
