I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but Loch Electronics exceeded my expectations. The Capsule is well-designed, quiet, and surprisingly powerful for its size. What stood out even more is how attentive the support team has been. It feels good buying from a company that truly cares about its customers.
I ordered and received my Capsule pretty fast. I got everything I ordered but found the water inlet hose was missing. I emailed customer service immediately and asked them to send me the missing hose. After sending them pictures of the box and items received, they said they would send me the missing hose. I have had this machine for 3 weeks so far, and haven't been able to use it due to not having the hose. I think having to email customer service back and forth and wait for their response is bullshit! They need to have a local customer service phone number for the United States for customers to call to talk to a live person. I am a patient person but have a limit and am now out of patience waiting for the hose. Today I was told of a delay due to the Chinese New Year celebration and asked to send a picture of the serial number, which I sent. The holiday started yesterday for 2 weeks. I have been trying to get the hose for 3 weeks. It should have been sent out long before the holiday started. So I am still fighting this battle to get a simple water inlet hose so I can try out my new dishwasher. Customer service leaves something to be desired.
We have been mulling over making a decision on buying a dishwasher but one that fit our precise needs in terms of space, ease of use and performance. We separately ended up on the same page with regard to what we felt was the washer that was fit for our purpose and this turned out to be the Loch Capsule.
We ordered via Amazon and it turned up next day. Self set-up was very easy and the first runs cemented the fact that we made the right choice.
It easily manages dishes, cutlery and glasses for two adults and is flexible to accommodate a variety of pots and pans.
We had occasion to check in with customer support who responded to our simple enquiry promptly. Good to know they have our backs in the unlikely event that we need to contact them with a more pressing enquiry.
Overall, thus far, no complaints and great performance from the Capsule where the easy to use control panel would not look out of place on the bridge of the Enterprise.

Capsule Dishwasher - I deliberated over buying for a while, looked at the reviews, the price and lots of other tabletop dishwashers, let me save you the time. It’s worth every penny. it is small but mighty is how I would describe the capsule dishwasher. So easy to set up, space wise take up no room at all, easy to use and I am amazed at what I can get in it. If you’re debating this purchase, don't as you won't regret it.
*Update* I finally received an email promising delivery. Now, let's see if the items actually arrive.* They fail to deliver paid goods and do not respond to emails. When faced with negative reviews, they claim they will contact customers, but they never actually follow through.

I really wanted to like the dishwasher, but it had a sensor issue on the first day. Support is only available via email, and their phone number didn’t work. I felt ignored until I had to post on their social media. The company has picked up the faulty unit, but they are delaying my refund by claiming they need to inspect it. Since it was defective upon arrival, I have exercised my right to reject it under consumer laws. I shouldn't be waiting for them to figure out liability for a product that never worked. Great marketing, but the after-sales support is a nightmare. *Update: Their response is misleading. I informed support immediately after the pickup, and tracking shows it reached their depot days ago. Under consumer laws, I rejected the faulty unit; delays at the destination do not justify withholding my refund.*
I was a bit wary after reading prior reviews, but my experience has been positive. The dishwasher is deeper than I expected, fitting four large plates at the back and smaller items in front. Dispatch took a bit longer, and there was a minor issue with it not drawing water initially, but support was quick to help me fix it without needing a return. After that, it's performed brilliantly—quick and effective washes! I've been using an easily accessible detergent, and to avoid scaling, I run water through a filter jug first. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase and look forward to never having to wash dishes by hand again!
I've had my dishwasher for 15 months, and it's performing wonderfully. It accommodates a good number of dishes and cleans effectively—provided you find the right products for your area. It looks great, operates quietly, and does what it needs to do. When I encountered an error message a couple of months ago and contacted support, they were patient and helpful, resolving the issue. While I didn't give a full five stars due to a problem after a year, I'm happy to say it's running perfectly again.
