The coach was NOT a usual comfortable L&G coach, and very uncomfortable, Max the driver was not good, drove on her breaks and fast making life unpleasent for passengers. Had no knowledge of locations on tour, her talking was a bit distastefull and rude about other members of staff. Hotel and staff were the usual brilliant 5 star standard. We would not risk L&G again as we feel we did not get what we paid for.
