The customer service was outstanding! They were more than patient and provided me with so much assistance and time. Unfortunately my product seems to still be broken due to a mechanical issue, but they still went above and beyond to see if they could assist in getting me a discount on a replacement. After speaking with the company I’d 10/10 recommend them to anyone. I understand things break after 5 years, but it’s how they handled the situation is what really stood out. I really appreciate the time and I will be a repeat costumer.
