They are awesome! I was having problems with the lock connecting to my phone and one of their team members patiently walked me through the whole process is resetting it to get it working again. Her name is Rusel, she’s so awesome and deserves a raise or some type of bonus or gift for helping so patiently and thoroughly!
I was extremely pleased with the assistance I received, from the emails to the return phone calls. The only downside was being locked out of the app for 24 hours while trying to create an account. However, the technician successfully helped me register, and I was able to add the lock to my account. Everything is great now, and I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved. Thank you!

The representative called at the promised time and guided me through the entire process until everything was functioning properly. Regarding the lock, I haven't used it extensively yet, but I suggest that the engineers review their technical data. Some graphics seem to have the button identifiers for reset and programming switched.

I had a s model lock that is great, however after an under 2 years the screen had become hard to read. Their customer service was prompt & very helpful. Though my warranty ran out the offered to replace the product anyways. I recommend their products & will be buying more!
