They are scaring people with bogus contracts

UPDATE - Surprise, their office is closed until Monday - they have not responded to the email I sent them yesterday but they are very quick to respond to a bad review - still do not expect an apology or a response!They sent an email to my brother saying he had signed up for a claim. He is disabled and did no such thing. They even sent him forms which he was supposed to have signed (which he is incapable of doing). What a complete shower - as his power of attorney, I have emailed them but not holding my breath for a response. They need to be struck off!

Having had your reply.Can you please explain how then you obtained my details, as I certainly did not give them to you! I was actually instore at Morrisons when I was applying for the More Card.I scanned a QR code from a Morrisons application form that the lady on the desk gave me, after I had filled in all my details and incidentally whilst I was doing so only Morrisons headings etc were visible when I pressed complete your company popped up and you had all the same details that I had just entered on the application.Again please explain how you got all my details???You went wrong by piggy backing on to my Morrison's More Card Application!!!!!!!I did not authorise this in anyway so delete all my details from your system, you have invaded my privacy and obtained my personal data illegally.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

The communication between the company and myself has been second to none, so far I have been kept up to date with everything and in a timely manor.Everything has been made simple and easy to understandI wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the occasion arises.The only issue I have is that 15-30% + VAT seems a little excessive for the fees
