Review Time
I was in the middle of trying to retrieve data from an App when setting up my new phone. A bar code appeared so I followed the process through thinking it was relevant to what I was trying to do. BIG MISTAKE!!! I was informed that I had signed up to Loxsley Law and they were now handling a complaint for me against the Ford Motor Company. I have no words for the UNDERHAND and UNWARRENTED way this law firm operates, targeting innocent people who have not requested their services. I have emailed Loxley Law clearly stating that I wish to cancel the claim agreement as is my right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. As yet, I am still receiving subsequent emails informing me of the claim progress.
If ever I needed a firm of legal advisors, Locksley Law would be the last people I would go to.I have been plagued with E mails from this company for months now, sometimes two or three a day and some times every day of the week.There is no way to 'Unsubscribe' on the advertising E mails they send,they somehow get round me 'Blocking' them and they have ignored the E mails I have sent them, and despite Google saying they would take action against Locksley Law,the E Mails continue.The last one was today,Thursday 19th March.I know this is not the correct place to complain about this company,but I am so frustrated with the way they go about their business,I wonder about their professionalism in other matters.So Locksley Law, every time I get an unwanted harassing E mail,I will see if I can put a review on here.See if that works.
I was duped into filling my info in when I was on another site - literally filled it out by accident this morning thinking I was filling the info in for something else - now I’m being bombarded with texts and emails. I find this method of fishing for business highly unscrupulous- if I wanted to find out an liability claims i wouldn’t use this company - and they take no more than 30% + vat from your claims!
