Plus, if you compare the prices with other booking websites and apps, they are so much cheaper. My daughter had an accident at a hotel I booked through Locktrip app, and I contacted them, stated the facts, and circumstances. The hotel was found liable for the injury, and after checking with the partner provider, they have approved the compensation request. The whole process was done so fast,and they kept me updated all the time. 5 stars from me!
